The arrest of pro-Khalistan terrorist Harpreet Singh, alias Happy Passia, by the FBI from Sacramento, California (US), is a piece of good news for India's National Investigation Agency. He was living illegally in the US and had played a central role in orchestrating targeted killings, grenade attacks on police and extortion across Punjab.
